What is your returns policy?
All sales are final, NO REFUNDS. Sneakers can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery. Please email ArtxDirector@icloud.com to process your return including your order number in the subject line. Ex: Exchange Order #12345
Item availability
The item availability is listed on the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
- If you do not receive an email from Art x Director within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address you entered may have been spelled incorrectly.
- To check your orders, log into your Art x Director account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
- If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing ArtxDirector@icloud.com.
- Discount codes can not be applied to previously placed orders. You can use the discount code on your next order as long as it is still valid.
I placed an order, but I want to cancel/change the order.
- Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled or changed.
How long does shipping take?
- All orders take 3-5 business days to process.
- Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.
- All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) from Detroit, Michigan, USA and a tracking number will always be provided via email. Once you receive a tracking number from Art x Director, any questions regarding tracking and shipment must be directed towards USPS.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails and newsletters?
To unsubscribe, simply go to the bottom of our emails and you will see a "Unsubscribe" link.
